2 Distinct Classes
Sweat is simple, repetitive micro-movements and plyometrics, that moves the body to engage the mind. It is a space for self-reflection through physical conditioning.
We feel our strength and endurance build. We discover a comfortable space outside of our comfort zone.We discover peace and grace in amongst the shake and the sweat.
The Movement *re-defines femininity and empowers you to prioritise yourself sans guilt and shame through coaching combined with movement. Know and believe, deep in your bones, you are worthy of your desires.
While The Movement* challenges your limits, it's low-impact nature makes it suitable for all ages, stages and abilities as well as ideal for those sensitive to high-intensity activities. Find out more.
How Do I Get Started?
I live stream 2 x free classes per week.
These classes are somewhat modified for the at-home experience but are a great to way get started and of course available from wherever you are in the world.
The classes are available on repeat if you can’t attend live.
Current sessions run every Tuesday 5:30pm and Friday 7:00am.
Occasionally I need to change or cancel these classes so follow me in the social media world for any announcements to time changes.

Adriana is a professional instructor and mum of one who has used movement as a form of therapy since as young as she can remember. Running was her first form of movement therapy. She credits running for the clarity and strength it gave her then to make empowering choices.
Throughout her years, Adriana has continued to study movement as her craft. With thousands of hours of certifications in Pilates, Barre, The Movement* Foundational and Wellness Coaching.
Adriana’s classes are athletic, intentional, inspiring and supportive. Your body will know its strength and your soul will thank you.
