Don't be fooled. These short little sequences pack a punch. They're perfect for extra full weeks or to mix in with your runs or walks. 

Gentle Flow

A gentler paced class aimed to help you release sore muscles. 

Structuring your workouts. 

Beginners: 

Aim for 1 x Total Body workout (either Barre Sculpt or Pilates Sculpt)

Plus 2 x Short & Sweet sequences 

Plus 1 x Walk (40-60 minutes) 

Do the above consistently for 4 weeks before moving to intermediate.

Intermediate:

Aim for 3 x Total Body workout (either Barre Sculpt or Pilates Sculpt)

Plus 1 x Short & Sweet sequences 

Plus 1 x Walk (40-60 minutes) 

Do the above consistently for 4 weeks before moving to advanced.  

Every 5 weeks give yourself a complete week off from the workouts and instead do 3 gentle walks that week.
