Choose From Two Styles

Barre

Our signature class is designed to effectively strengthen your body and calm your mind using a combo of barre, pilates, & cardio drills. 

Pilates

Improve flexibility, posture and strength. All while working up a little sweat with a burst of cardio that will invigorate the body. 

Structuring your week

(if you need some guidance). 

Beginners: 

Aim for 1 x TBarre Sculpt or Pilates Sculpt

Plus 2 x Walk (40-60 minutes) 

Intermediate:

Aim for 2 x workouts either Barre Sculpt or Pilates Sculpt

 

Plus 2 x Walk (40-60 minutes) 

Do the above consistently for 4 weeks before moving to advanced.  

Every 5 weeks give yourself a complete week off from the workouts and instead do 3 gentle walks that week.

 

Advanced:

Aim for 3 x workouts either Barre Sculpt or Pilates Sculpt

Plus 2 x Walk (40-60 minutes) 

Every 5 weeks give yourself a complete week off from the workouts and instead do 3 gentle walks that week.
