Welcome & thank you for joining the Noosa Barre online community. I really believe that getting stronger & feeling good doesn't have to be so hard.

And this is why every week you can join me and workout live from wherever you are for free. 

So why Barre? Because it’s one of the toughest workouts out there, yet you leave class feeling calm and empowered.

I create every workout strategically to build strength and flexibility for better body balance and improved posture. This movement style will give you proportion in the body that is shapely and defined.

But this is more than losing weight and building muscle tone. When we stand tall with ease and in body balance we experience increased energy, a clear mind, and a healthier and happier way of life.

Easy. I stream live every week over on our Facebook Page and Youtube channel.​ Choose which platform you want to view from, Like or Subscribe, then simply show up when the classes are scheduled and I'll be there ready to go.​
